Wrapped with many yards of colorful crepe paper, it is adorned with yellow and turquoise crepe paper medallion, and colorful hand-made crepe paper and sparkly green ribbons. Outer layer is made with bright yellow Italian crepe paper. 15 Vintage-Inspired fun "prizes,' or surprises. Packed with fun! - approximately 4" across.
